Holiday houses / cottages in other parts of Byron Bay have peak season rates starting at about $1,700. During peak periods most houses / cottages have a minimum stay of one week.
Holiday Apartments
A one bedroom apartment in a resort styled complex with onsite management have peak weekly rates starting at about $2,100. A one bedroom apartment in a regular complex without onsite management have peak weekly rates starting at about $1,300. During peak periods most apartments have minimum stay requirements of anywhere from two nights to one week.
Hotels/Motels
Peak season rates per double start at about $150-$200 per night.
B&B / Guesthouse
Accommodation ranges from converted workman's cottages to purpose built beachfront luxury. Peak season rates range from about $140 to $450 per night per double. Minimum stay may apply, usually no more than two nights.
